It was the MAF. Somehow I destroyed my three year old MAF by unplugging it and plugging it back in. *sigh*

All is well now though. I will consider this another 5.5 Gen. learning lesson. lol

Yes, it could possibly be that I need a new throw out bearing. I did unplug the MAF and plugged in the one from my GLE before I knew what the problem was. Maybe I messed it up? I'll try switching it...
