You can drain and refill the radiator for free...and the cost of coolant. It's very simple if all you want is an actual drain and refill, and not a complete replacement or "flush."

Yeah, I don't know much about the HID thing...we don't have a theft prob down here (if that's even what it's about)...I've never worried about that one.
