I would consider doing it myself, but I'm pretty sure there are other problems that need to be fixed while the shop is fixing my car.

yup, either get a whole new system or replace the blown bose with another bose spkr. A whole new system can be cheap though. $100 HU and 2 sets of $80 3-ways. Thats $260 plus tax and install.

No No No, i still own the car. I bought it back from the insurance company for $548. I had just spend that much on tires and brakes so I felt like I could sell part it out to get some money back....
