shifter at times is difficult to get out of park

I always use my parking brake and it makes no difference on an incline or level. The shifter sometimes is difficult to get out of park. I purchased the car used, it was a program car. I am sure...

Gear Shift difficult to get out of park

Have a 02 Maxima SE, automatic, the shifter at times is difficult to get out of park. Has anyone had that problem? Could the lock solenoid be the problem?
