Well i did not tighten all the bolts one at a time - i kinda finger tightened them one a t a time to make sure all the holes lined up then tighten them all up - dont think it is off track.

Yes everything is pluggged in .... both switches on the passenger side are plugged in and give out a clicking noise when pressed - same clicking noise if i try to let down from master window switch....
