Thats great suggestion. Inner side of gray connector is shiny & not rusted, but I never inspected wires from inside connector, any idea how can I take the wires out of gray connector?

Usually the random stalling does not throw codes. But couple of times car was idleing rough, pulling maf cable immediately smoothed out the idle. Moreover after 14+ years usage with after market...

ebay maf's any good?

Hi All,
My car stalls occationally and I am thinking of changing maf sensor. Maxima mafs are selling on ebay for around 100$, but I am not sure how good/reliable ebay stuff is.

I replaced battery with a new one, still no luck....

I replaced battery with a new one, still no luck. Worst thing is now no lights are coming, turning key to on does not even bring up dash lights!!!

Car not starting, no spark

This is a tough one, I went out of town and didn't had chance to start my 95 max for 3 weeks.
Today I tried to start it, there was no spark.
I noticed that very low illumination on dash lights...

P0505 IACV Circuit

I don't know if its my luck or what, since last 2 month, something or the other keep breaking up on my maxima. Its 1995 GLE with Auto Tranny.
Now car is throwing up 0505 Idle control circuit...

I didn't touch top nuts as strut hole is slightly below knuckle's hole. I am not sure if loosing top nuts will help. If anything I need to push strut just little bit (1.5mm) up.

Long story short, I asked a shop to change axle, they left lug nuts loose and I end up stipping 3 lug studs. My cousin took over the job of changing studs and to some reason he removed lower sturt...

If I remember correctly for California spec maxima peak gas mileage was at 1800 rpm (approx 58 mph). Scan gauge showed peak mileage...

350Z is base version with rear tiresize 235/50-17. Its fits but just enough
Altima is 225/50/17 : fits but...

One of the rims cracked from inside but other wheel was leaking air from valve stem. The shop wheel works, didn't repaired that essentially they wanted to sell me 800$...

As title said, nearly new firestone tire on 17" ADR rim suddenly started leaking air.
I don't see any bent on rim, an idea what it could be?
