That is a pet peeve of mine. All those pictures show me is that they are much brighter to oncoming traffic (AKA glare). What should be important is how the headlights look on the road, not head on.

HIR2 bulbs are brighter than the average halogen bulbs. Not sure if it's the same on the 6.5th gen Maximas, but on the 6th gens it says what bulb the headlights use on the corner of the headlight...

Be aware that most aftermarket headlights don't use the same projector or bulbs as OEM and have pretty poor light output. Also, the outer lens is not as strong and may crack or yellow even faster...

I don't think your car is actually sagging in the rear. What you are seeing is just the height difference between the front and rear wheel openings, it's just more obvious when you lower the car....
