I read that driving around town keeping revs below 3000 would help. I tried that and it did in fact set my purge flag but I can't get the last 2, catalyst & O2 sensors flags to set. Have been driving...

Have you had the foot well vent leak water at all?

The connector to the ECU in the passenger foot can corrode if it gets wet. You need to clean the corrosion off...

So it would seem that I didn't need the new ECU. The problem was corrosion in the ECU wiring harness connector. Thanks Pmohr for putting me on the path to resolution!

I checked the EGR temp sensor and it looks good...

I checked the EGR temp sensor and it looks good 2.6Mohms at around 70deg F. Even measured at the ECM connector.

Reset the ECM. Last CEL was P0443 on its own. I'll see what it throws up tomorrow.
