So yea, the tcm was under the bcm. I could see it the whole time but i was going by the fact that pictures ive seen on here showed 1 long, blue plug. Mine had 2 smaller, white plugs plugged into it....

Soooooo after spending a long time doing this swap and several speed bumps its come to the point where im driving it 5speed style. woohoooo :D
