Save the money for Ligui Moly to buy oil. Nothing will stop it short of a rebuild or a new motor. Not a big deal though. I add about quart a month.

No backfiring no power issues, just the P300. Would that possibly be an oxygen sensor? I do have headers.

I'm no expert, but based on those codes you need to replace both sensors on bank 1. Google "maxima o2 sensor location" and look at "images".
