Header Removal - EGR Valve Large Nut

The nut seems just about rusted into the header so I'm going to try get the large nut off of the valve that goes into the engine. What size is needed?

I expect it to be around 30mm. Search brought...

Thanks...Just tape all around.. but its measured to fit real tight. It has hit its fair share of ice and such during the storm a month ago. It fits better than my side skirts and real valences...

but I cut the sides.. made the sides shorter... then i cut a chunk out in the middle... fiberglassed...
