Leaking oil near this thing...what is it?

I noticed a few drop of oil (daily), left side closer to the front of the car.
Looks like a wire hareness going in the engine...can I easily fix this myself? What is the part called? Expensive??...

wow, I have the same car..green with tan seats and this week, my brake line rusted out, the left axle boot tore, and the rear stuts gave way. Theses are great cars and it it's not rusted underneath...

I also researched that vingegar and water also cleans, with lysol spray after.

No I don't have any cats, but the mold/mildew is on the carpets...

What I did is just visit your local hardware...

What I did is just visit your local hardware store, go into the Plumbing section and you get a pack of rings of various sizes for about $3, then just pick the one that fits.
