245-40's on G35 18's with Eibach's caused rubbing on my rear passenger side even with the lip rolled somewhat. Rubbing was not bad as the tire was never gouged but it was quite annoying.

Replacing Illuminas with HP's is not a good move either. I would simply steer clear of Eibach's unless you want a jarring ride.
