FS 3 2004 18" OEM maxima rims

all 3 rims have goodyear eagle 245/45 on them. None of the tires are great, one is probably around 50% the other two are about 20% and should probably be replaced. The rims are in good condition,...

When i let my clutch out, it seems to get held back a little about half way up, then it pops, then it releases out like normal. Anyone ever had this problem, is it serious?
