Sounds like one, or both, of the chrome exaust tip finishers. I had a loose one that made the same noise. Go to the dealer, it's a quick fix.

you don't think 20% would be getting me pulled over a lot? With a black interior, that might be too dark. I want it as dark as possible w/o the negative attention.

About that rattling during accerleration, I actually had that fixed. It turned out to be one of my exaust finishers being loose. It was like a 5 min. fix.
