There is no relearn procedure for our cars. Did you turn the phillips screw on top of the iac in? Screw it in for lower idle. If it is all the way in I would make sure you don't have a vacuum leak....

I took IslandMax's advice and ordered the exedy clutch for $120.As for the flywheel I want to get a new one because he said he would have to mail it off to get it machined and I don't have the time...

Why do you guys think it's not the iac valve? That's what the code said. If it was my car I would clean the iac valve and see if it fixes the problem.If it does not I would replace the iac valve....

I would check your axles make sure they are fully seated in the tranny and hub. They may have also be separated at the joints. I think it has to be one of the things I mentioned.

You may as well get the inner and outer tie rods if they haven't been replaced because you will need and alignment when you are done.Inner tie rods are tough to do with out the tie rod removal tool....

I got a screwdriver and wedged the throttle open near the cables and spray carb cleaner in the throttle body opening.Then i take a microfiber towel and push it as far as I can in to the throttle body...

I have a 5 speed and mine does not do that.Did any of you clean your throttle body? When mine gets dirty it will do that.Then I clean the throttle body and the rpms never drop below idle speed.
