front suspension

2000 max.. lowered with a stiffer spring...can you use a normal strut or must you use a high performance stiffer strut? what did I hear about trimming the bump stop on the top of the strut tower??...

How much for the high flow cat, y-pipe, and o2 sensors?just to be sure, this y-pipe would fit onto the stock 2000 se manifold, correct? I'm in pittsburgh, would you consider meeting me halfway? thanks
