dealer deposit refundable?

i am trying to get a used 2003 maxima. However, dealer insisted on put in the deposit, should i do it? can i get it back in case i dont like the car?

sorry for newbie question!!

yeah, we didnt call the cops, but he just came out of nowhere, he wrote an accident report not on file though. but you see that bent fender? how much it takes to straight it out?

nah, i have to keep steering wheel slightly left to keep vehicle straight, otherwise it drifts to right.

car pull right done alighment twice

hello all, i just got 2 new front tires, and car started to pull right, i have done alignment twice. Autoshop being very helpful, did second alignment for free. Any advice? thanks!

yeah, other driver also claimed that he clipped me off, but cop said it appeared to be my fault, cause i supposed to yield right of way.

i was came out of an intersection, iwas already in the lane, and this guy didnt see me, clipped me off my car spun a 180. and cop stated i struck the second vehicle. Anyway my lovely max is doomed......

just got into an accident, got clipped off front passenger side , right wheel, and right side bumper and lights all bent up and got towed away. my dearest 96 max only got 49k miles on it....i dont...
