1998 Maxima SE (5spd) ~146,500mi - needs tranny!

Thinking of selling my Maxima. It's a 98 Maxima SE. 5spd transmission, approximately 146,500mi. The car ran great, but the manual tranny just died. This is in Pittsburgh, PA.

Thanks for the quick feedback. I've replaced both of my rear ones 4 yrs ago (w/ remanufactured ones) ... time to use that lifetime warranty :)

Are the OEM bolts b/w the y-pipe and the cat fused onto the cat's body? I can make out the nut on the y-pipe side (yeah it's badly rusted), but on the cat side, it looks like there never was a nut...
