bolt size for spark plug boots

Does anyone know the size of the two bolts that connect the boots to the engine. you should be able to use a philips to unscrew them but one of mine is stripped.

Dr. Monkey I had 20% on my accord when I lived in VA and the police never hasseled me... I mean they definatley did hasseled me but not for the tint.

I am about to get tints on my 97 max 35% is legal in MA so i am gonna go with that to avoid any problems but I have heard that if you tint the rear window 20% that it makes the rest of the car look...

yeah thats it i am just glad it wasnt my 97,but while at the boby shot i asked how much it would be to fix the little door dings in my 97 they gave me an estimate of 2 grand does that sound right?
