Thanks guys, got it, if you hold the lock and unlock buttons down for a few seconds the horn is toggled. And yes, the keyfob setting does overide the settings in the console information center.

The 05' Altima is already at the dealerships, wouldn't expect the same for the Max though. The Altima was a huge success for Nissan last year.
