I say rebuild it, wouldnt it be better than putting in another used tranny which has no guarantee and could go bad.

I think I have the same problem, I thought maybe its coming from broken rear springs or some thing. Every time you go over the slightest bump, its like some thing from the rear creaks and rattles...
