Question About Shocks

i was wondering if there is any way i could tell if my tokicos are already out. they seem a little bit more bouncy then when they were new, but is there any way i could tell if i need new shocks?

i wanted to get some shocks for my car and i was wondering if anyone out there can tell me which are the best shocks to get. i've heard that the tokicos don't last that long. is that true? fill me in...

BUT WHERE DO I FIND IT? I ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD MT-90, AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. WHICH CHAIN STORES WOULD I FIND IT AT?

i went to napa auto parts today, and the only redline oil they had was a 75w-90, and a mtl oil. would any of these work? if not, which oil shoul i get and how many quarts? plus where else could i get...

i was hearing that some people were tightening their thottel cable and they could feel a difference in the low end? is that true? if so how do you do it?

my engine check light came on last week, so i went to the link to see how i reset the light. but in the link it says to turn the screw clockwise until you feel it hits its stop, but it just keeps on...
