Run a short piece of wire from the small black connector that the ignition switch excites, to the Plus terminal of the battery...

Have you changed the Crankshaft sensor (POS) that's located on the bellhousing? Could be bad. There is a test for this sensor in the Factory Service Manual (and the Chilton books too.)...

I bought a 1/4 inch ratcheting wrench, shortened a phillips bit and bent the ear that covered the screw. Could only rachet one cog at a time, but I got it out.
