Cam Position O-Ring

Is this sensor missing the o-ring, or is it in the recessed part? If in the recessed part, do I carefully pry up and replace?...

The lower radiator hose is leaking where it connects to the thermostat housing. Thanks for the suggestion to pressure test. Took less than 5 minutes to find the leak start to finish.

No, I didn't have to remove the hose. I checked it for leaks and it is fine.

Large Coolant Leak

Just got my 97 SE back from my dad. Sold it to him 12 years ago. 366k now. Drove it about 60 miles when I got it 2 weeks ago. It's been sitting until I finished with replacing the AC pulley...
