Is anyone still doing this? I'm still running it even though I have a new engine and injectors. Fuel pump has 409k miles on it so I want to see if it keeps the pump in good shape.

Does anyone have recommendations? I'm not using Duralast because they don't last. I'm swapping the right one out after 3 years of driving on a lowered suspension and it's not like I live back in NYC...

Found the wire and rewired from the subharness to the ecu but still getting the code. Will need to check the grounds on the intake manifold. Grrrrrrrr.....

I wouldn't recommend AGX's for a nice ride. I had them and they were stiff as hell. Not to mention, they don't last very long on a DD car.

I recommend Tokico Blue or Illuminas. I'm running Blues...

Mine was 7.7 seconds based on my bone stock 1/4 time. I wonder if anyone has beaten my stock 1/4 time after all of these years.

I agree. I still have a ton of aftermarket parts on this car (H&R springs, Tokico struts, Budget Y, 2.5 B pipe, etc.) and the body is in great shape. No need to junk this car at all plus I don't want...

With all due respect, I have an engine with 15k coming from Japan. Why would I need your VQ with 135k on it? I would have thought about it if you had posted this a couple months ago though.

Took my car to an engine shop here in the Raleigh area and they found me a JD VQ30DE with only 15k miles on it. I got tired of looking at junk yards and thinking, "They want me to pay 1200...
