yes car on not running and yes OBDll has no power when I connect my code reader. Trying to figure out how to get it back working.

I replaced it on my high pressure hose and now...

I replaced it on my high pressure hose and now like the side that connects to the rack opinion it leaks. When I start the car it pours straight out and Reservoir will be empty I did it like six times...
