I have used Rain X on a few occasions, always loved the look. Never had the clarity problem that Mason encountered.

If they checked the gauges and they seem to be working electrically it could always be the float in the tank actually thinking it has more gas then it does.

I've used Meguiars before and its helped noticeably. Worth the chance of it fixing it for a low price.
