This is not a good approach. Giant insurance companies don't "cave." Generally you can negotiate a little more but you have to be able to back it up with facts. Check NADA and use those figures. ...

Before doing any work I'd see if it fires up, might take a little extra cranking but I'll bet it fires up like it was started yesterday. I agree on oil and coolant change.
