Engine dieing

I have been trying to see why but i am getting no where with this car because as im driving and the RPM would drop to the point where it would run at 400 to 500 RPMs and would cont, to do that or die...

so yes that was my mistake the car is a 1996 and it is a Cali spec and im still getting a P0443 code but i have a brand new purge valve on there and im also getting a P0130 code but i have checked...

And i want to know how much you want for the bose console and the other is the little arms for the arm rest and if not how much for the hole unit

Im not sure if it is a cali Spec emissions car cause all i see and a US emissions sticker but if its a Cali Spec thats good to know and how much would you price that peace for me cause i went looking...
