I forgot to give an update, it looks like the exhaust is sitting about 1" above the suport brake car just after the catalytic converter and I'm thinking that may be what is causing the thump

Get an 02 max, and a 350z, you can get two cars for $15k, I would warn against any type of jeep, they are not reliable, Toyota, Lexus, honda, and nissan, I know to all be good reliable cars
