definitely the alternator.... voltage regulator....

definitely the alternator.... voltage regulator. Several months before mine died, It started having the same types of issues, various things like power seats, door locks, windows, etc... would work...

Speed sensor yes. The trans on my old 00 a/t sporadically would not shift out of first gear. Id have to pull over and wait about 20 min for it to cool down and then it would shi ft again for a while....
