That's the 1st I've heard of that. I haven't had any reflecting issues with my HID's in the fogs. They've worked perfectly fine & has added much needed light when going down dark roads.

Yeah you'll need a resistor. If you don't you'll have hyper flash.

The install is extremely easy. Just take the tire off & pull back lining & voila. You'll have enough access to install.
