If I had time I would have bought just the motors but the loud grinding started so suddenly and I drive 60 miles a day Monday-Friday.

Anyway I'm hating myself for going ahead and getting the 03...

I used sparkplug non foulers. Either way not going to pass the visual portion of the smog check. There's a way though to get around that though.

For an 02 I think you mean its a 3.5. Watch out for oil burning. Could be a heavy burner. Some members say that the precats falling apart are the cause of the oil burning. I'm not too sure...

Not a 4th gen in my case but I used an elbow exactly like that in my 02 Maxima for a secondary o2 sensor when I installed my headers. So far no codes after almost 2k miles. Good luck keeping that...

I dont know, the 5.5 muffler is a 2.25" inlet so that's going to pretty much make a bottleneck effect with the rest of the 2.5" piping.

How about tightening the screws on the back of the cluster? Does this apply to 5th gens? I'm not sure. I know that's for 4th gen.
