Happens in the majority of shops from what I've seen. Tech's are lucky to make $15-$25, nowhere near what the shop charges.

We've got a 99 Max that comes in for regular maintenance with over 350l last I seen...older couple that maintain it religiously and it looks as clean as it would've 12 years ago.

More than likely its just the age of the seat...

More than likely its just the age of the seat heaters, seen it happen over and over, customers come in and complain that the seat doesnt get as hot as it used to.
