I replaced mine at 170K, and I do not feel any difference, the old plugs actually did not look that bad! Took me about 2 hours to do the job, I could probably do it again in about 30-45 minutes now...

I guess I'm not sure if I payed attention to what side the calipers went on,...

I never let the fluid level go below the min line when doing the brake job or bleeding, I was careful to keep it topped. I just purchased a Motive Pressure Bleeder and will try that. Fingers crossed!

The popping started after the suspension work, but not coming from suspension, as it only happens when press gas and let off gas, if I'm already cruising (coasting) and hit the brake and coast again...
