i'm not saying it doesn't need it completely. but...

i'm not saying it doesn't need it completely. but i don't believe that it's an essential part for gains. headers and y-pipe will help him for sure.

a y-pipe will for sure help, and of course changing your exhaust will help also. you don't really need 3" exhaust, if you don't have headers or actual mods. if you just have intake and what not,...

before i go to the track i take out every part of the back seats and nothing is in the trunk. i weighted everything one time and it total'd 150lbs. trust me it makes a difference.

when i had my '02 i was getting 13.98, with a 2.0 60' time. with a stage 1 clutch, y pipe, magnaflow exhaust, short ram, no back seats in the car, etc.

if you get a good 60' time you can get in...
