The reason for that is mainly the injectors in the DEK engine. they are bigger than the ones in the old DE engine.

I suggest getting a tune for it so you wont be running too rich or too lean. ...

well i took the timing ring off the aluminum...

well i took the timing ring off the aluminum pulley from the 3.0 and placed it on the 3.5 aluminum pulley, bolts right in, gonna double check a few more things..
