I don't think that there is any change in the ecu itself from US to CAN. SOME other thing change such as the drl module and other small things. I am pretty sure it's the same ecu.

Any nissan seat should work out for you. Sentra's are a known fit as are later gen maxima's. The I35's work as well. You might just have to do some wiring as some of the plugs might not be correct.
