I can assure you of no such thing, no accidents or a hit into a pothole, I was and still very gentle with my max.

As you can see from the pictures, the cracks are uniform in the left and right...

Thank you guys, indeed the brake fluid was low, and this was because of the pads were worn, I changed the pads and fluid leveled up and the light gone.

Exactly. After I confirmed it's 4.8 Liter I added another 0.6 to 4.2 liter, run the engine for a couple of minutes and checked the dipstick and was spot on the H letter.

You were right, I checked my brother's 2013 Max original paper manual and it was mentioned 4.8 Liter. It's obvious now that the manual was updated.

In the owner manual which came with the car, the drain and refill with oil filter change is 4.2 Liter, while in the same manual which I downloaded from the net it states 4.8 Liter.
