Put a torch to it, heat them up till they get cherry red and put a socket on it and they'll twist right off, worst thing that can happen is they snap, which in my opinion is better, lot less work.

Just want to make sure everyone knows. All apple apps for OBDII require a OBDII wifi, cost $100, big difference from $29-$40 for a bluetooth ODBII for an Android. Learned that the hard way.
