How big is the amp? If its a small footprint then you can mount it in the bin where the emergency kit and first aid kit are at. I installed two large Zapco amps there and it does not take any more...

Its to allow air pressure to be released when you close the doors. If you dont it will feel like a pop sensation in your ear. Mercedes makes the windows go down and up auto to prevent this as well....
