Aftermarket Side view mirrors?

I have to replace the entire assembly on the passenger side.

Has anyone had any experience with getting aftermarket side view mirrors? OEM mirrors are $230 and aftermarket are like $40ish.

I'd say about 1 quart maybe a little more between my oil changes which is between 3,000 to 5,000 miles. I'm not too scientific with it, just keep an eye on it...
