Will a 4th gen y-pipe fit on my 2001 AE edition? Do I have to add j-bungs somewhere?

On my AE 2001 maxima, there's a weird noise when I turn to the left and when I look to the the front right caliper, it seems to be loose a bit. The noise in question sounds like a piece of metal...
