i went ahead and tried out what kpr10is suggested...i swapped FL and FR speaker connections at the head unit....well the FL speaker is still putting very low volume

so if i pull the head unit...and swap FL & FR wires...and the low volume speaker moves to the other side, then the head unit is going bad?

and yes I do have factory wires...the only thing...

Hey guys, I have an entry level pioneer head unit with some entry level pioneer speakers on all four corners (power is running off the head unit with stock wiring harness)...this setup has worked...

I mean...all the reviews I've read about the Alpine KTP-445 mini amp, everybody says they never replaced the factory wiring and simply "plug and play"

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing...

the setup i am contemplating of doing...an Alpine CDA-105 HU and the Alpine power pack KTP 445 mini amp....its rated at 45 watts RMS and requires no additional...

What is my best bet for this scenario?

The speakers are rated at 100 watts RMS...should I be looking at amplifiers over 100 watts RMS or below 100 watts RMS?
