Yea, I went down to the hardware store to see if I could find a washer that fit. No luck; all of the ones with a big enough hole were way too large to fit correctly under the dust cover.

I say buy the used one and then rebuild yours yourself. That way you'll have a spare and the the knowledge of how to do it. Both of those are valuable.

Take a look at the clutch master cylinder...
