I had the beam bending done on my first Maxima. I liked it as it made the car behave more like a rear wheel driver car. The rear would start sliding out when making turns.

All buttoned up and running again.

Finished cleaning up the fuel tanks and installed new fuel pump.
under hood light setup to work on open/close or by a switch.
Almost done with wiring the rpm...

I ended up using PCV to make the flanges. Countersank the MAF housing into it and used epoxy to hold it altogether. You could also use JB Weld.

I guess that is still up for debate. I personally believe they are better for many reasons. Even if it helps with just start up and reliability over the cost OEM, they are worth it.
