It could simply be the lifters you are hearing until the oil pressure builds up. If so, this is completley normal.

I would reset the ecu, do some of the reset procedures. Leave the battery disconnected overnight. It's a cheap starting point.

The 2 Magnaflow muffler models will sound the same. The difference is that the 14805 does not look like cannons coming out of the back of the car. The tips are much shorter giving it a much cleaner...
