Where is the write up on resetting the air bag light? Have a 95 with a blinking red airbag light and need to reset it without the car self-destructing.

Have a 1995 Max with whinning noise coming from the engine. Is there a tensioner or certain pully that tends to go bad on these constantly? Havent gotten to run the CEL yet but when i do i'll be sure...
