Well, embarrassingly, it was a fuse that I overlooked (140 amp) Dealership didn't say which one. They overnighted it for me. $17 fuse, overnight cost $20. Man I feel dumb. But at least it will be...

Fuses are all good. Replaced ignition switch and that fixed most of the accessory problems. Fuel pump comes on now but still won't start.
